These Terms govern access to and use of the jatbeez website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any promotional offerings made available through the platform. 1.2 Governing Language

The creation of more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts — whether detected through shared device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or personal information — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3.2 Account Security

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. jatbeez is under no obligation to pay out winnings from an account where fraudulent information has been provided.

jatbeez supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT and no currency conversion fees are applied. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Withdrawal processing times are typically within 1–4 hours of a verified withdrawal request being submitted during standard operating hours.

4.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits made to your jatbeez account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. jatbeez is not responsible for any delays caused by your mobile wallet provider or bank. Once a deposit is credited to your jatbeez account, it is available for immediate use on any eligible game or betting market.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

4.3 Transaction Disputes

If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify jatbeez support within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. jatbeez will review all disputed transactions in good faith and respond within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

jatbeez offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. jatbeez actively monitors accounts for patterns that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing bets on all outcomes of an event to guarantee a risk-free return (arbitrage); wagering on high-RTP games exclusively to meet wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal play; and using VPNs or proxy services to claim region-restricted offers. jatbeez reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is detected, and to close the accounts involved.

As a registered user of jatbeez, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following obligations apply to all users at all times:

• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated betting software (bots) on any part of the platform;
• You will not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to use your account;
• You will not engage in collusion with other players, particularly in live casino table games;
• You will not use abusive, threatening, or offensive language in any communication with jatbeez staff or other users;
• You will promptly notify jatbeez of any technical error, unexpected bonus credit, or apparent system fault — continuing to play after becoming aware of a fault may result in forfeiture of winnings generated during that period;

6.2 Intellectual Property

Either party may terminate the user's account on jatbeez. Users wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@jatbeez with a written request. 7.1 Suspension by jatbeez

jatbeez reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Evidence of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Detection of duplicate accounts;

• Any behaviour deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to exclude themselves from jatbeez for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period via their account settings or by contacting support@jatbeez. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, as well as permanent self-exclusion. jatbeez provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from technical interruptions, errors, or downtime. jatbeez shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss — arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, server issues, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Delays or failures in mobile wallet payment processing caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other third-party payment provider;
• Errors or delays in data feeds provided by third-party sports data suppliers that affect live betting markets;
• Losses arising from the user's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Any tax liability arising from winnings received through jatbeez — users are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings in their jurisdiction.

8.1 Game Provider Liability

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jatbeez's total liability to any individual user arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits jatbeez's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
